Payments Policies

For all the services contracted, a certain advance payment should be made to hold the booking, on a confirmed basis & the balance amount can be paid either before your departure from your place or upon arrival at your destination but definitely before the commencement of the services. Management personnel hold the right to decide upon the amount to be paid as advance payment, based on the nature of the service & the time left for the commencement of the service

Payments

  • 50% Advance Deposit on Booking Confirmation.
  • 50% Deposit before 5 days of travel date.
  • 100% Advance in State tourism hotels.
  • Cancellation Policies
  • Before 30 days of travel: 20% of the Package cost.
  • Between 30 days to 21 days of travel: 50% of the Package cost.
  • Between 20 days to 15 days of travel: 75% of the Package cost.
  • Between 14 to 0 days of travel: No Refund.

Early Check-in / Late Check-out

Please note that the standard check-in / Checkout time in most hotels is 12:00 Hrs.(IST). Therefore the cost of early check-in or Late check-out is not included in the tour cost. We can always make a request for early check-in or late checkout if required but we do not guarantee that, the entirely depends upon the policy of the hotel, time of the year, and availability of the room.

Extra Uses of our Vehicle

Please note that the cost of the vehicle (car/coaches with the driver) does not include extra usage of the vehicle like after transfer or after sightseeing until or unless it is mentioned in the itinerary. Rights to amend the itinerary if required Tour once commenced will strictly go as per the itinerary finalised. In case of events and circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to change all or parts of the contents of the itinerary for the safety and well-being of our esteemed passengers

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change and you may need to cancel your trip. In such cases, our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • If you cancel more than 30 days before the start of your trip, we will refund 100% of your booking amount.
  • If you cancel between 15 and 30 days before the start of your trip, we will refund 50% of your booking amount.
  • If you cancel less than 15 days before the start of your trip, no refund will be provided.
  • Kindly note that our abrogation strategy applies to all appointments, no matter what the justification behind scratch-off.
  • On the off chance that you wish to drop your excursion, if it's not too much trouble, reach us at the earliest opportunity so we can handle your abrogation and give any material discount
  • Unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters or other occurrences beyond our control, may necessitate the cancellation of a trip. We'll either give you a full refund or suggest a different trip, depending on your preference.

1. Booking and Payment:

To make a booking, you must provide us with your name, contact details, and payment information. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. We accept payment by credit card, bank transfer, or other payment methods specified on our website or booking platform.

2. Cancellation and Refund:

Our cancellation and refund policy is stated in our cancellation and refund policy section.

3. Changes to Itinerary:

We reserve the right to make changes to your itinerary if necessary, due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters or other events beyond our control. We will make every effort to notify you of any changes as soon as possible. We will also offer you an alternative trip, if possible.

4. Travel Insurance:

We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect yourself in case of unexpected cancellations, accidents, or other events that may disrupt your travel plans. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have adequate insurance coverage.

5. Health and Safety:

It is your responsibility to ensure that you are physically fit and healthy enough to participate in the activities included in your trip. You must inform us of any medical conditions or disabilities that may affect your ability to participate in the trip.

6. Liability:

We take all reasonable precautions to ensure your safety during your trip. However, we are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or death that may occur during your trip, unless it is caused by our negligence or misconduct.

7. Force Majeure:

We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or delay caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, war, or other events that make it impossible or unsafe to conduct the trip.

8. Intellectual Property:

All intellectual property rights associated with our travel services, including our website, promotional materials, and other content, are owned by us or our licensors. You must not use our intellectual property without our permission.

9. Governing Law:

Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with the travel booking or these terms and conditions, including any disputes relating to cancellations, refunds, itinerary changes, liability, or any other matters, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of the courts located in Ujjain,(M.P.) India.

Our Liability

Ujjain Mahakal Darshan Travel Company accepts liability for those arrangements for your holiday, which are wholly within our control and therefore, accepts liability to clients for the negligence of our employees. However, we would like to draw attention to the following circumstances, which fall outside our direct control or where for some reason we are not prepared to accept liability.​

The Company shall, in no circumstances whatsoever be liable to the client or any person traveling with him or her for Any death, personal injury, sickness accidents, loss delay, discomfort, increased expenses, consequential loss and/or damage or theft howsoever caused;​

Any act, omission, or default of any independent contractor or other person or by any servant or agents employed by them who may be engaged or concerned in the provision of accommodation, refreshment, carriage facility, or service for the client or for any person traveling with him however caused. Happy to Explore is unable to take liability for commercial arrangements out of our control such as natural disasters, industrial disputes, reason of threat or war, riots, civil strife, terrorist activities, technical problems with transport, extreme weather conditions, closure of the airports and seaports and similar event out of our control, or are due to unusual and unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control.

Surcharge

The Price of your travel arrangement is subject to surcharges in case of a sudden hike in fuel prices, scheduled airfare, and any taxes levied by the government. Even in this case, we will try to absorb an amount of 2%, an amount exceeding 2% will be surcharged.​
